The event, which takes place at Rooftop on Bree in Cape Town on 02 November 2024, will feature an electic roster of local female DJs including Miss Shelly, Forever Jae, Siwa, Nwabzin, Sass C and Nyala to name a few. The event will also house guest speakers, channeling their creative desires onto Cartwheels’ creative tagline; which is to foster visibility of emerging creative across various fields while they make it their mission to envision a creative future in which up and coming talent takes centre stage, emerges bodly, including the South African Rapper Holy Alpha & South African Production Leader Natalia Marshall at Homebrew Films.
Slated for 02 November 2024, Cartwheels aims to increase the visibility of entrepreneurs in the creative industry while making it their own mission to become a networking event for creative powerhouse, creatively becoming an oasis for entrepreneurs in the creative industry to flourish. “By fostering an environment of inspiration and opportunity, we aim to help these creatives recognize and build valuable relationships that can propel their careers forward. Whether in Television, art, design or in this edition – Women in Music, Cartwheels is all about celebrating and supporting the next generation of innovators.” Cartwheels organizers stated in their statement.
